Our cuisine is reminiscent of country houses, with the typical simplicity of the peasant world and the beauty of being able to eat outdoors on summer days. In addition to this, we love to take care of the details that we offer on the table: from the freshness of the ingredients with which we create the dishes on our menu, to the care of the mis en place, the dining room and all the external environments, to give you a complete experience.

Borgo Mocale opens its kitchen, exclusively for its guests, 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday dinners, where a fixed 3-course menu is offered, first course, second course and dessert, all from our tradition.
